I've recently gotten into a little bit of a mascara craze, hunting for the perfect one that's affordable (i will NOT spend $20 on a tube of mascara) So this is what I've come up with...
Silk Naturals
(I noticed that aromaleigh sells this same tube of mascara but I bought mine at SN) this mascara is *mostly* natural and is very nice. It lengthens and separates and gives a very natural coverage (not heavy) which i tend to like. It makes my lashes visible without making them HUGE. The only drawback I've had with this tube is it doesn't really dry fast enough and it smudges on me pretty often when i'm waiting for it to dry.

Sheer Cover
This was my first mineral mascara and i have to say i was impressed. I never liked traditional mascaras because they ALWAYS clumped. Sheer Cover mascara gave me long perfect lashes with no clumping.
*I am too lazy to take a pic and don't want to link through ebay. black tube.
Lure Beauty
Lure is discontinuing their mascaras because they're resale products. The lush lash wasn't dramatic and the tube is short, but i was impressed because it's the first mascara that i could use easily on my lower lashes and cover all of them, not just some of them. I REALLY like their lengthening mascara which goes on absolutely perfectly, lengthens, separates, coats, and doesn't budge! No flaking. i even slept in it and did NOT wake up with raccoon eyes. Really impressed and have it in black and chocolate.
Silk Naturals- kisser slickers
Silk Naturals' lippies are by far my favorite. They come in slimtubes. There are basically 3 lippie formulas, there are kisser slickers (glosses), Lavish Lip Creams (lipsticks), and Kiss Bliss Demi-gloss (not a lipstick, not a gloss, but a perfect hybrid) Texture-wise I prefer the kisserslickers and kissbliss formulas best as they are really moisturizing and never sticky. The lipsticks tend to be a little dry for me so when I do wear a lipstick, i usually layer a gloss overtop (which fixes the dryness for the rest of the day!) The ultimate for me is the demi-gloss formula because it has a good amount of pigment, great texture, and lasts longer than a gloss with more moisture than a lipstick. I haven't received my order from the new Kiss Bliss collection but Karen has released a few demi-glosses in the past. It really is the best of both worlds. Color-wise, i haven't found one yet that i could NOT wear. The lipsticks are pretty heavily pigmented for me but make a really dramatic look for evening. My favorites are gold blush, berry crush, rapture/seedy combo, and birthday suit is a must have for me. I have learned that birthday suit tends not to be a favorite among tanner and darker skintones as it goes brown on those tones. I'm rather pale so i love it. *Silk Naturals has THE perfect wearable red lippie-hotblooded and if you feel you cannot wear red, you NEED to try this one. Silk Naturals also has the bonus of being able to return a product for store credit if it just doesn't work for you (i've never returned a product).

Burt's Bees
Lip Balm- My alltime fav. lipbalm. I like my lipbalm a little waxier and these deliver moisture, lasting power, and great peppermint tingle. The honey one was a little too sweet and sugary for me and i prefer the original peppermint. I am never without a tube of it. Have not tried the rejuvenating pomegranate.
Lip Shimmers- Probably my fav. lippies after SN. I LOVE that peppermint tingle and they offer a lot of wearable long-lasting shades with girly shimmer. My fav is nutmeg.

Lip Glazes- These are sheer, smooth (not sticky) wearable glosses that come in a wand. They are fairly pigmented- enough that they could rival a solid lippie even though they're liquid. I've gotten a lot of these as free samples in orders and my fav. is "blush" which is a girly pink.
Soy Lip Balms- come in a chapstick tube. I've tried the peppermint, wintermint, and chocolate. These are the kind that more "melt" on your lips which is not my fav. for lip balms. The flavoring is very nice though and they DO moisturize.

Zosimos Botanicals
Lip Gloss-These come in a wand and you can also buy teenies as samples. They have a light orange flavor that i really like and are VERY pigmented. They go on with the shine and texture of a gloss but the pigment is really long lasting. My favorite is peachfuzz.
Lip Balms- These come in chapstick tubes and are fairly soft- not waxy or grainy. I have a strawberry and it's just "ok" to me. You can buy tiny samples of these too.
*zosimos doesn't let you link their pics and i am too lazy to go take some.
Everyday Minerals
these lippies come in a chapstick tube. I am not sure if i tried the old formula or the new formula since i bought mine around the time they released their new formula. I bought one in cherry fizz and it was very sheer and almost nude- not one i reach for often though i must say i enjoyed the smooth texture. I haven't had any problems with the tube either which was a problem with their old formula. Pretty drab in flavor (tastes like...i dunno shea butter?) not yummy anyway.

Ethereal Minerals
Lip balm- This is another soy based "melt on your lips" type but it has a slight waxy texture that help the moisture last. It's also made with vitamin E and mango butter which has great healing properties. I'm pretty enamored with mango butter right now so i love a lippie with it!I have the pineapple one and LOVE it. Another cool thing about these balms is that they come in an interesting tube- it's a flat oval chapstick tube, roughly the shape and size of a bic lighter (which means it fits great in your pocket). The special tube made the balm feel more special and I love that i can get it in pineapple which tastes and smells great.

I've heard great things about aromaleigh and jlynne lippies and i'm really interested in aromaleigh's "licorice twist" lip balm- if anyone can review that for me, i'd appreciate it!
